The Sales & Marketing, Associate located in Manila, Philippines is to report to the Regional Head who is based in the Philippines as well. The associate is to help drive sales by building, managing and maintaining business relationships with our clients. This includes dealing with prospective clients, customer queries, orders and after sales service requirements. Travel throughout the Asia Pacific region may be required from time to time in order to meet clients and our physical operations in tandem with client visits or to get a better understanding of our products. We provide a comprehensive training program to teach you about our products and how to deal professionally with our customers and distributors.
Handling of client and prospect product queries via phone, e-mail and face to face meetings.
Coordinate with the agricultural team, clients and prospects on appropriate product quantities, quality, orders, sampling and special events.
Assists with logistics and product distribution scheduling and tracking as and when needed.
Replaces and maintains all marketing materials, point of sale advertising and other relevant materials.
Provides weekly and monthly reports documenting operational aspects including sales, forecasts, events and goals accomplished at a client and/or store level.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Maintains and builds professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers.
High school diploma or equivalent but Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively handle customers and coworkers.
Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is required.
