Job Description

The Administration, Assistant located in Manila, Philippines is to help running and coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties of the office. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, maintenance of office equipment & supplies, inventory management, generating reports and setting up for presentations and meetings.

  • Scheduling and booking of meetings and appointments.

  • Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the company.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Ideal Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience.

  • Attention to detail and excellent computer skills, especially typing.

  • Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is required.
